Los Angeles

Los Angeles or L.A. for short is the largest city in California. It is often referred to as “the city of Angels”. It is located on a broad basin the south of California and is surrounded by vast mountain ranges, deep valleys, forests, desert and the Pacific Ocean. It has a population of estimated 3.8 million people and nearly 18 million residents from all parts of the world. The city is an important home of business, international trade, entertainment, culture, media, fashion, science, technology and education – L.A. is really a diverse city.

The city is real unique with typical restaurants, hotels and activities that only can be found here. L.A. is mostly the city of dreams. It is home to Hollywood and the creation of motion pictures, television production and recorded music. The Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard has a huge attraction on many people. Other attractions on the Boulevard are the Hollywood/Highland plaza for shopping, The Wax Museum and Ripley’s Believe it or Not.

Sunny Los Angeles is so large that there are thousands of things to do, see and enjoy. The city offers everything for everybody. Tourist destinations are Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Downtown and West L.A. There are museums, galleries and parks. The city has well-known, diverse and unique shopping destinations. Don’t forget the famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Los Angeles is home to hundreds of different strong cultural communities, found in parts as Chinatown, Korea town, Little Tokyo, Olvera Street and Little Ethiopia.

Los Angeles is the gang capital of America with thousands of gangs around the city that express themselves with graffiti. In the middle of the Nevada dessert lies, like a Fata Morgana the casino city Las Vegas. Established in 1905, Las Vegas officially became a city in 1911, with the following growth towards a population of 1,8 million people and tolerance of adult entertainment the city Las Vegas earned the title of Sin City.

When landing at Las Vegas international airport it’s a not to miss sight: the neon lights combining the large hotels, strip clubs and casinos on the strip. Once landed and checked in through customs, you’ll see gambling machines left and right till you hit the taxi stand which is followed by an amazing start of your Las Vegas trip, the taxi ride to town with a close up view of the hotels on the strip, the limousines and luxury cars fill the traffic sight beneath bright neon lights from the casinos, not to forget being welcomed by the world famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada city sign.

When visiting Las Vegas make sure to bring extra energy for the many shopping facilities, fine dining experiences and adult entertainment including gambling, magic shows, strip and nightclubs. Besides its being known for the Sin City in the United States locally, worldwide Las Vegas has the reputation of being called The Entertainment Capital of the World.

San Francisco, California is one of the most popular travel destinations around the world. According to the latest measurement, San Francisco’s estimated population was nearly 800 thousand, making it the 13th largest city in the United States in terms of population. The city has gained such a reputation in Northern California, that it is often referred to plainly as “The City.” Located on a peninsula, San Francisco is surrounded by San Francisco Bay in the east and the Pacific Ocean in the West.

With a city as well-developed and as popular as San Francisco, there are loads of activities, events, attractions, museums, sights, bars, and nightclubs for tourists to experience. Some of the most popular attractions of San Francisco are the bars and cafes situated along the city’s rolling hills. The city is also well-known for its active arts and cultural scene. The bay provides a playground for those who enjoy water activities, as well as a source for underwater creatures that fill the Aquarium of the Bay. No matter what time of day it is, there are tons of things to do in San Francisco, and it is just up to the tourist to take advantage of the place, its people, and its many fun and exciting venues.

Miami is a sunny southern coastal city in the state of Florida, most people who never been in Miami know the city as skating bikini girls, chasing drug dealers based on television crime shows. Though the reality is otherwise, Miami is being recognized for its importance in finance, commerce, media, entertainment and international trade. The city has grown and reached a population of over 450 thousand people.

When you land at Miami International Airport and checked in through customs, you can look forward to a good time of enjoyment. It’s a great mixture of culture and sightseeing including museums, restaurants, bars, cafes and nightclubs which make you dance until dawn. The city has a good transportation system, when staying a few days its wise to rent a car. Making use of the local busses and taxi’s are safe in general.

You haven’t seen Miami without visiting the beach for a day, rent an umbrella and lounge for a day. The sun shines, the ocean is crystal clear, there are jetski and speedboat for rent. A funny fact is that the strip catch more heat than ocean drive. The boulevard offers boutiques which are rather expensive, the Miami restaurants are divided in each individual class with many places to go for budget travelers.

New York

New York (officially New York City) is the biggest city of New York State with a population of 8 million people. The city lies at the mouth of the Hudson River in the most southern part of the state, which is part of the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. New York is a center for culture, media, fashion, art, food, research, finance, and trade.

New York has the globe’s largest and most famous city skyline, dominated by the gigantic Empire State Building. New York is a good travel destination for almost any reason let it be, a romantic couples weekend, a family, shopping or adventurous holiday. New York often referred to as ‘The city that never sleeps’, is an vibrant and exciting city that has many attractions including: spacious parks and gardens, museums, art and culture, fabulous shopping facilities, historical landmarks and diverse architecture.

During a trip in New York, there’s a list world famous sightseeing’s tourists should go see including; Times Square, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Rockefeller Center and Chrysler Building.
